Service Agreement

By engaging water-heater.ca for water heater services, you agree to these terms and conditions. water-heater.ca is a division of ROMA Heating Ltd., a licensed HVAC contractor in British Columbia.

Services Provided

We provide the following water heater services in Metro Vancouver:

Water heater installation and replacement
Water heater repair and maintenance
Emergency water heater services
Water heater inspections and consultations

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts
Warranty coverage may be voided by improper use or unauthorized modifications

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice
Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician is dispatched
Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations
